Refunds and returns policy

Time limit

Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have pasesd since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To ensure a smooth and efficient returns service it would be helpful if you could email us at sales@sensorytrust.org.uk to let us know that you plan to return an item.

 

Faulty items

You must notify us within 30 days of any faults with our products. Faulty items are eligible for a full refund. Email details of the fault with pictures if possible to sales@sensorytrust.org.uk and we will arrange a refund or exchange.

You may find it helpful to use the original packaging as it has been selected to be the most economical method of postage.

The buyer is responsible for paying all shipping costs associated with returning any items. Shipping costs incurred for shipping items outside of the UK are non-refundable.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and approved, we will send you an email to notify you that we have refunded your account with the original purchase price. We cannot refund international shipping charges. We aim to process all refunds within two working days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@sensorytrust.org.uk and we will investigate further.
